Annotation: In the modern sports world, the importance of effective planning and analysis of the training process is becoming increasingly clear. Given the growing interest in a healthy lifestyle and achieving high results in sports, visualization of training data plays a key role. This article discusses the benefits of data visualization for athletes and coaches, provides practical examples of successful implementation of this approach, and outlines the prospects for its development. The authors discuss visualization techniques, including graphs and three-dimensional modeling, and their application in the analysis and monitoring of the training process. Special attention is paid to the individualization of training programs and the potential of data visualization to increase the effectiveness of training and achieve better results in sports.
